SHIPPING POLICY

We ship our products with DHL Express, for the fastest & most reliable service to suit you.
Delivery
Delivery times will vary depending on the destination, and the terms indicated at the time of the order will, in any case, have an indicative value.
All taxes and customs duties are handled by us, so there will not be any unexpected charges upon delivery. However, Umit Benan cannot be held responsible for delays due to the suspension of service by our carriers, as well as customs procedures for shipments abroad.
The following shipping fees apply depending on the territory of delivery:
**Italy, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican City**: For purchase orders under 500 euro, a shipping fee of 15,00 euro applies. You can enjoy complimentary delivery on all orders over 500 euro.
**Non-EU countries**: For purchase orders under 500 euro, a shipping fee of 30,00 euro applies. You can enjoy complimentary delivery on all orders over 500 euro.
All orders received from Thursday PM to Sunday PM are dispatched on the following Monday. We do not ship on Bank Holidays. Please bear this exclusion in mind when placing your order, especially if it is time-sensitive or intended for a special occasion.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the shipment details and a tracking number so that the shipping progress of your order can be tracked.
Non-Delivery
In case of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient at the specified address, the courier will send you an email warning and will attempt a new delivery.
If delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient's absence, Umit Benan’s customer service will try to contact you to schedule a further delivery. In the event that Umit Benan’s customer service is unable to contact you within the next 10 days or if delivery remains impossible due to the recipient's continued absence, the ordered products will be returned.
The termination of the purchase order and the refund amount will be communicated to you by email. **The entire amount of the shipping cost incurred by Umit Benan will not be refunded.** The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Umit Benan is not responsible for the methods and timing of the release of funds by credit institutions or payment service providers used by you to place the order.
Your duty to check the products
At the time of delivery of the products, you are required to check:
a) that the tear strip of the packaging is intact and that the packaging is not damaged or otherwise altered;
b) that the number of pieces delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document.
Any damage to the anti-burglary label, packaging, or products, or any mismatch in the number of pieces/packages or indications, must be immediately reported to customer service, specifying the order for which such errors occurred.
RETURN POLICY
Can I return or exchange an item ordered on umitbenan.com?
You have the option to return any item ordered on umitbenan.com within 30 days from the date of receipt for a refund or exchange.
Umit Benan offers two method of return: online return or in boutique.
When returning an item, please place the item(s) in their original packaging, accompanied by the original invoice. We recommend taking all necessary precautions to ensure the integrity of the returned product. Items that are not returned, are incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, soiled, or in any other condition that reasonably suggests they have been used or worn will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Similarly, items can only be exchanged once. The exchanged item can then only be returned for a refund under the usual conditions.
Return shipping costs incurred by the customer will not be refunded by Umit Benan.
How can I return ad item?
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact Umit Benan’s Customer Service at support@umitbenan.com. Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with your return.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s) to ensure they meet our return conditions, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that Umit Benan is not responsible for the timing and processing of refunds by credit institutions or payment service providers used at the time of purchase.
What can I do if my item is damaged or incorrect?
If any item is damaged or does not match your original order, please contact Umit Benan’s Customer Service immediately. We will guide you through the return process and assist you in obtaining a refund or exchange as per our return policy.
Return shipping cost
The cost of return shipping will be incurred by the customer and will not be refunded by Umit Benan. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return reaches us safely.
